HUMAN RESOURCE GENERALIST

We are currently seeking a part-time (25 hours minimum) or full-time Human Resource Generalist.  Initial primary responsibilities will be in employee relations, performance management and learning and development.  The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field and four years minimum experience as a generalist.  PHR certification is preferred.  This position requires effective interpersonal and communication skills, as well as collaborative and organizational skills.  PC literacy and experience with Human Resource software is a high priority.  Email resume, references and salary requirements to ccw@ssastructural.com. 

CO-OPS

Steven Schaefer Associates employs cooperative education students from various universities.  Our co-op students are challenged with a wide variety of tasks and we strive to teach them as much as we can while they are with us.  Our co-ops are involved with creating and/or revising structural drawings in AutoCAD; assisting the engineer during a visit to the construction site or an investigation of an existing structural problem; assisting in the review of structural shop drawings; and much more.  We currently have several engineers/drafters who have worked with us as co-op students and returned here for full-time employment upon completion of their academic objectives. Email resume to ccw@ssastructural.com.
