HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS AT DEERFIELD CROSSING – Cincinnati, OH Steven Schaefer Associates provided the structural design for this four-story prototype hotel. The hotel is constructed of conventional wood framing with wood floor trusses. The structure is highlighted by an indoor pool along with a steel framed porte cochere.	Larger View

STAYBRIDGE SUITES – Bonita Springs, FL Steven Schaefer Associates provided the structural design for this new 75,000 sq ft four-story hotel with pre-engineered wood roof trusses, precast concrete floor planks, masonry bearing walls and simple spread footings at minimum depth. The project also included a pool building and an open pavilion.

HOMEWOOD SUITES – New Windsor, NY Steven Schaefer Associates provided the structural design for this $15 million four-story 98,000 sq ft hotel with 125 guest rooms. The hotel is constructed with precast planks on load bearing light gage metal studs. The exterior of the first floor is brick veneer with the upper floors fiber cement board siding. The roof is light gage trusses. Expected to open in 2007, this hotel will also have a 6,000 sq ft conference facility, fitness center, indoor pool and restaurant facilities.

RESIDENCE INN – O'Fallon, MO This four-story hotel is 80,000 sq ft and offers 108 extended stay studios and penthouses. The hotel is constructed with pre-engineered wood floor trusses on load bearing studs. The exterior consists of brick veneer and fiber cement board siding. The roof is constructed with wood trusses.
